About us

Cockell Aviation is a premium helicopter consultancy and distribution company. Started in 2022 by Paul and Harry Cockell, the company provides a range of services relating to Bell, Sikorsky, Leonardo and Airbus Helicopters as well as General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce, Safran and Honeywell engines.  Paul Cockell began his career in the UK with Rolls Royce plc. In 2000 Paul left to join German aviation giant MTU in Vancouver, Canada as Director of Production and in 2004 he joined Acro (Vector Aerospace), eventually becoming President of Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services North America as well as sitting on the Board of Directors for Airbus Canada until 2018.  Paul brings over 43 years of industry experience spanning civilian and military clients across all continents.

Harry Cockell joined the aviation industry in the wake of Covid-19. Previously he interned at National Bank Financial and worked in municipal politics before running for federal office in Vancouver Centre.
